We do not hold, custody, store, or control user funds at any point. All actual money movement is handled exclusively by our regulated, licensed third-party payment partners.

What Nolubz Is — and Is Not
Nolubz is a No-Deposit Holding SaaS platform. We do not accept, hold, store, receive, transmit, or control your money at any time. The NOLZ balance is a ledger representation of transaction activity facilitated by third-party licensed payment providers.
What Nolubz does:
- Provides a unified interface to connect with licensed payment providers
- Records and displays your transaction history in a clear, organised ledger
- Facilitates communication between you and our licensed payment partners
- Provides savings goal tracking, escrow coordination, and bill payment facilitation
What Nolubz does not do:
- Hold, custody, or store your money
- Act as a bank or licensed financial institution
- Provide financial advice, investment services, or credit facilities
- Issue electronic money or payment instruments

- Identity verification documents (for KYC — processed by our KYC partners)
- Transaction records — amounts, dates, types, and references

Third-Party Payment Partners
When you use Nolubz to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds, your transaction is processed by licensed third-party payment partners including Transak, MoonPay, Kotani Pay, Monnify, Paystack, Stripe, TransFi, and Crossmint. We share only the minimum data necessary to facilitate your requested transaction.
Data Security
- All data transmitted is encrypted using TLS
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
- All transactions require PIN authentication before processing
- Access to user data is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis
Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
